EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY
All website (www.ommaesabel.com) and showroom purchases have 14 days to return from the arrival of your package and the tag(s) must still be intact. Return will be accepted for FULL-PRICED items only. SALE ITEM(S) not eligible for exchanges and refund.
– All item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and with their tags attached.
2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE ITEM?
– Customers are responsible for shipment costs & processing fee for return and exchanges.
– We recommend you to contact us through WhatsApp +6018-664-8284 to place an exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please indicate your #OrderID, the item and size you would like on hold.
– Returns will be accepted for changing to another or same item with same purchased value.
– Pack your item(s) into your carrier’s package. On the airway bill, please include your #OrderID and mail your return and exchange to:

– Item(s) purchased online also can be exchanged through our showroom; BANGI SHOWROOM. Customer must first inform us for acknowledgement & stock arrangement.
3. RETURNING DEFECT/FAULTY ITEMS
– We are really sorry to hear this! Please contact us via WhatsApp with the following details: #OrderID (#OExxxx), the pictures or videos of defective items.
– Refund applicable for defective item only. For such matter, customer can opt in changing the size or colour. If not, we will only give refund in voucher form with 10% OFF for next purchases.
5. CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER
– No cancellation fees shall be applicable with NO VALID REASONS.
